An Award from Bowls England

Roy Lane has been recognised as “Unsung Hero of the Year” for 2025 by Bowls England. At an awards ceremony in Leicester, Roy was announced as the winner of this category. It was well deserved.
Roy has been Kensey’s Match Secretary for 50 years – a record that will take some beating. For any new members of the club, this could be you in 50 years time (unless Roy is still doing the job). Well done, Roy!
